卑利得
卑利得，KC（英语：David Perry），英国资深刑事大律师。2021年1月《泰晤士报》以大字标题指出，他是起诉香港民主运动人士的“耻辱之源”[1]。
生平[编辑]
卑利得于莱斯特大学法学学士毕业[2]，在1980年被林肯律师学院授予出庭资格[3]，并在2006年被册封为御用大律师 [4]。
卑利得因在香港数宗备受瞩目的政治案件中扮演重要角色而闻名。他曾代表香港律政司起诉前行政长官曾荫权公职人员行为失当罪[5]。
起诉香港民主运动人士[编辑]
2021年1月，他被香港律政司聘用，起诉苹果日报的创办人黎智英，以及其他八名在2019年8月于街头抗议中共政权镇压反送中运动的民主运动人士[1][6]，包括李柱铭、李卓人、梁国雄、何俊仁等。
卑利得的决定受到了英国下议院外交事务委员会主席董勤达及工党上议院议员阿多尼斯勋爵的质疑。
1月14日，英国前外相聂伟敬爵士批评卑利得的决定，并指出很明显审判是由于中国政府决心摧毁香港的民主运动而进行。聂伟敬提醒大众，英国最高法院前院长何熙怡女男爵承认，如果她同意在香港审理案件，她将有一个“严重的道德问题而问自己”[7]。
1月17日，英国外相蓝韬文受访时批评卑利得唯利是图，指其良心如何过意得去，认为他应该根据大律师行为守则拒绝受聘[8]。
