盖瑞·里根（Gary "Gaz" Regan，1951年9月18日—2019年11月15日），英国出生的调酒师，后移居美国。他以鸡尾酒作家身份及《调酒学之趣》（The Joy of Mixology）一书而广为人知。

早年生活

里根十四岁那年，在他双亲的英式酒吧里开始接触鸡尾酒。他在黑潭的Courtfield Catering College接受厨艺教育后，与当时的太太诺玛和开了餐酒馆。两年之后里根离婚，并于1973年移居至纽约。

职业生涯

移居纽约之后，他开始专职在酒吧工作。他成为南街海港North Star Pub的经理，而后在曼哈顿区Upper East Side工作。

在超过二十年的调酒职涯后，他开始写作关于酒类、酒吧与调酒的专栏于美食艺术杂志。 他的第一本书《调酒师圣经》于1991年出版，与当时的妻子Mardee Haidin Regan合著。 之后，他为Wine Enthusiast、Food & Wine与San Francisco Chronicle写鸡尾酒专栏。里根共出版了十八本鸡尾酒书籍。

2008年里根与第三任妻子Amy Gallagher结婚，这段关系持续至他逝世。

里根也发展了自己的酒类品牌：雷根六号柳橙苦精，由Sazerac公司制造。

健康

2003年，里根因为舌癌接受了化疗与手术，因此蓄不出原本标志性的大胡子，他此时开始留长发，并将昵称改为英国时期的Gaz。

里根于2019年11月15日因肺炎过世。
