头石脂鲤，为辐鳍鱼纲脂鲤目脂鲤亚目脂鲤科的其中一个种，为热带淡水鱼，分布于南美洲秘鲁及玻利维亚亚马逊河上游流域，体长可达45公分，栖息在底中层水域，生活习性不明，可作为食用鱼。
