2-丁炔酸（英語：Tetrolic acid，2-butynoic acid）是一種不飽和羧酸，化學式C4H4O2。
歷史[編輯]
普遍認為2-丁炔酸是由德國化學家Johann Georg Anton Geuther於1871年在研究乙酰乙酸乙酯衍生物中首次合成[3]。
工業生產[編輯]
2-丁炔酸的商業量級的生產是通過用強鹼處理丙炔形成金屬炔化物，然後用二氧化碳處理得到[4] :
性質[編輯]
2-丁炔酸在水、乙醇等極性溶液高度可溶，也可以在庚烷、己烷、甲苯等非極性溶劑中進行重結晶。其為白色晶體，並且存在兩種晶型[7]。2-丁炔酸升華溫度為20 °C,因此可以在冰箱中密封保存[8]。
其氘代二甲基亞碸（DMSO-D6）溶液的核磁共振氫譜(1H-NMR)顯示，在δ=1.99 ppm處顯現出甲基氫特徵峰。
加速量熱儀顯2-丁炔酸初始放熱溫度為135 °C，因此無法通過短程蒸餾進行提純[8]。
