4-甲氧基過氧苯甲酸是一種有機化合物，化學式為C₈H₈O₄。它可由4-甲氧基苯甲酰氯和過氧化氫在0 °C於二氯甲烷中反應製得。^[1]或先由4-甲氧基苯甲酰氯和二乙基磷酸銀反應，得到O-(4-甲氧基苯甲酰基)磷酸二乙酯，再在酸催化下和過氧化氫反應製得。^[2]它和苯甲酰氯反應，可以得到4-甲氧基過氧化苯甲酰。^[3]
