棍狀厭氧菌屬（學名：Anaerorhabdus）為丹毒絲菌目丹毒絲菌科的一屬厭氧革蘭氏陰性菌。多型短桿菌。分離於闌尾膿腫、肺和腹腔膿腫，偶爾也分離於人和豬的糞便。此屬的模式種也是唯一種為叉狀棍狀厭氧菌(Anaerorhabdus furcosa)。
