近海單胞菌屬（學名：Thalassomonas）也稱深海桿菌屬或深海單胞菌屬，是科爾韋氏菌科下的一屬。[1][2][3]此屬的物種是革蘭氏陰性、過氧化氫酶陽性、非運動性或運動性、嗜鹽且嗜溫的杆狀細菌。此屬的物種用單極鞭毛運動。[4]此屬的細菌可引起珊瑚病白瘟病。[5][6]此屬的模式種是綠色近海單胞菌（Thalassomonas viridans）。
