美国第十四集团军（英语：Fourteenth United States Army）是美国陆军在坚忍行动中建立的虚构部队，由约翰·P·卢卡斯少将担任指挥官，隶属于美国第一集团军群[1][2]。
双面间谍胡安·普约尔·加西亚在1944年8月发给德国情报机构的讯息，描述第十四集团军有许多从“美国监狱释放的囚犯，加入了法国或西班牙的外籍兵”，是“专门挑选来对抗日本人，他们不会逮捕俘虏而是直接杀死”[3][4][5]。
