Wikidata can resolve the end point of redirection when saving. So, don't worry about this. By the way, the links that have been saved earlier will not update automatically. (It is why there are some WD bots for cleaning up redirection.)

The meta bot policy said that the bot must only maintain IL's or fix double-redirects in order to get the global bot flag. It does not apply to my bot as I told above. --浓宝努（留言） 2013年3月15日 (五) 12:01 (UTC)
