嗜眼科（學名：Philophthalmidae），是斜睪目下的一科吸蟲。該科吸蟲是禽類寄生蟲，其中某些種類是寄生於宿主眼中致病。例如中國福建省沿海尤其閩南地區的雞嗜眼吸蟲(Philophthalmus gralli Mathis et Leger,1910)在雞、鴨中流行產生嚴重的病害。本科吸蟲中也有一些種類寄生在禽類的泄殖腔及腸管等部位，如平睪亞科的吸蟲等。平睪類吸蟲的分類位置尚存在分歧意見。
