塞戈維亞公爵（西班牙語：Duque de Segovia）是西班牙貴族爵位（英语：Spanish nobility）。在1933年，海梅王子放棄了王位繼承權，因此被國王阿方索十三世封為塞戈維亞公爵^[1]。它不包括任何領土土地所有權，也不為所有權持有人產生任何收入。塞戈維亞公爵以王子的出生地塞戈維亞命名。

1933年，海梅王子的哥哥，當時的阿斯圖裡亞斯親王阿方索王子放棄了自己的王位繼承權，與古巴人埃德米拉·桑佩德羅-奧塞喬羅巴托（英语：Edelmira, Countess of Covadonga）結婚。因此海梅王子成了王位繼承人。而在十天後，應父親阿方索十三世的要求，以及考慮到自己的失聰問題^[2]，這將限制他履行職責，因此他放棄了王位繼承權^[3]。作為補償，海梅王子被封為塞戈維亞公爵^[4]。

隨著時間的推移，海梅王子想要收回自己放棄王位繼承權的事，但在1969年7月19日，應其子阿方索的要求，他放棄了自己的主張，並承認他的侄子胡安·卡洛斯一世為“西班牙親王”，為國王頭銜的繼承人。此前，海梅王子宣稱自己擁有卡洛斯主義的繼承權，因為這些權利已經消失，自1964年5月3日起，他也獲得了馬德里公爵的頭銜，這一頭銜從未被卡洛斯主義承認或接受過。
