塞戈维亚公爵（西班牙语：Duque de Segovia）是西班牙贵族爵位（英语：Spanish nobility）。在1933年，海梅王子放弃了王位继承权，因此被国王阿方索十三世封为塞戈维亚公爵^[1]。它不包括任何领土土地所有权，也不为所有权持有人产生任何收入。塞戈维亚公爵以王子的出生地塞戈维亚命名。

1933年，海梅王子的哥哥，当时的阿斯图里亚斯亲王阿方索王子放弃了自己的王位继承权，与古巴人埃德米拉·桑佩德罗-奥塞乔罗巴托（英语：Edelmira, Countess of Covadonga）结婚。因此海梅王子成了王位继承人。而在十天后，应父亲阿方索十三世的要求，以及考虑到自己的失聪问题^[2]，这将限制他履行职责，因此他放弃了王位继承权^[3]。作为补偿，海梅王子被封为塞戈维亚公爵^[4]。

随著时间的推移，海梅王子想要收回自己放弃王位继承权的事，但在1969年7月19日，应其子阿方索的要求，他放弃了自己的主张，并承认他的侄子胡安·卡洛斯一世为“西班牙亲王”，为国王头衔的继承人。此前，海梅王子宣称自己拥有卡洛斯主义的继承权，因为这些权利已经消失，自1964年5月3日起，他也获得了马德里公爵的头衔，这一头衔从未被卡洛斯主义承认或接受过。
